1. Who provides Astrolect

Astrolect is provided by Fabervant Teknoloji A.S., a joint stock company registered in Türkiye on 26 August 2026. Contact: [email protected].

By creating an account or using Astrolect you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

2. What the service is, and what it is not

Astrolect calculates astronomical positions for moments in time and scores those moments against a rulebook drawn from classical and modern electional astrology. It shows you its reasoning: which factors counted, in which direction, and how strongly.

It is an interpretive tradition, presented transparently — not a predictive or advisory service. It does not tell you what will happen. It does not give financial, legal, medical, or professional advice of any kind, and nothing it produces should be treated as such.

No decision of consequence should rest on Astrolect alone. We say this plainly because the service is designed to be legible and confident-looking, and legibility is not the same as authority.

3. Your account

You must be 18 or older to use Astrolect. You need a working email address, and you must verify it before you can run a scan.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

One person, one account. Please do not create accounts to obtain more of the free allowance than was intended for one person.

4. Acceptable use

Do not enter another living person’s birth details or photograph unless you have that person’s permission. This is the single rule we ask you to take most seriously, because it is the one where breaking it harms someone who never chose to be here.

Do not attempt to extract the scoring rulebook, its weights or its internal magnitudes, whether by scraping, by automated querying, or by reconstructing them from responses. The interpretation engine is the work this service consists of.

Do not attempt to break, overload or circumvent the service’s limits, access accounts that are not yours, or use Astrolect for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why first.

5. Your allowance, and payment

Every verified account receives a free allowance of scans. It exists so you can judge whether the service is useful to you, and it is also a control against abuse, so we may adjust it.

We do not currently sell anything. When paid credits are introduced, the price of a scan will be quoted to you before it runs, and you will never be billed for computing time after the fact.

6. What you give us stays yours

The birth data and photographs you enter remain yours. We do not claim ownership of them, we do not use them to train anything, and we do not use them for any purpose except producing the results you asked for.

How we handle them is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. What remains ours

The Astrolect application, its interface, its rulebook and the scoring methodology behind it belong to Fabervant. You may use the results Astrolect produces for you, including commercially. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the service or its rulebook itself.

8. Availability

Astrolect is provided as it is, without any warranty. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, free of errors, or that any particular result will be produced.

It runs on modest infrastructure and is maintained by one person. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it. If we discontinue the service altogether we will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to retrieve or delete your data.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Fabervant is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, opportunity or goodwill, arising from your use of Astrolect — including any decision you take in reliance on it.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which for a free account is nothing.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Turkish law.

10. Ending it

You may stop using Astrolect at any time and delete your account from within the application. Deleting your account removes the people stored in it and their photographs.

We may close your account if you break these terms, or if we discontinue the service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and execution offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will change the effective date above, and where the change is significant we will say so in the application. Continuing to use Astrolect after a change means you accept the updated terms.
